Welcome to Thari Maheshwari Matrimonial ("Platform"), an online matrimonial service operated by Shree Maheshwari Thari Charitable Trust, having its registered office at 12 Gayatri Nagar Society, Near Rajeshwari Colony, Maninagar, Ahmedabad - 380008.

By accessing, registering, or using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Thari Maheshwari Matrimonial is intended to facilitate matrimonial introductions and communication opportunities among members of the Maheshwari community. The Platform acts solely as a medium to connect prospective candidates and their families.

The Trust does not guarantee marriage, compatibility, suitability, or successful relationships between any users registered on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Users registering on the Platform must:

  • Be legally eligible to marry under applicable laws of India.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Register only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
  • Belong to or seek matrimonial alliances within the Maheshwari community as permitted by the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to refuse registration or remove any profile that does not meet these requirements.

3. Registration and Profile Information

Users are required to provide complete and accurate information during registration, including personal, family, educational, and professional details.

By submitting information on the Platform, users confirm that:

  • All information provided is true and correct.
  • Uploaded photographs and videos belong to the user or have been uploaded with proper authorization.
  • No false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful information has been submitted.

The Trust reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes.

4. Profile Verification and Approval

All profiles may be reviewed and verified by the Platform administrators before publication.

The Trust reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any profile.
  • Request additional information or documents.
  • Suspend or remove profiles containing inaccurate or suspicious information.
  • Remove profiles that violate community standards or these Terms.

Verification conducted by the Platform does not constitute a guarantee regarding the authenticity, character, intentions, or suitability of any member.

5. Payments

Registration on the Platform is chargeable and subject to fees determined by the Trust from time to time.

Upon successful payment:

  • The registration process shall be considered complete.
  • The profile may be reviewed for publication and approval.
  • Access to applicable Platform features may be activated.

The Trust reserves the right to revise registration charges in the future without prior notice.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Create fake or duplicate profiles.
  • Impersonate another individual.
  • Upload offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful content.
  • Use the Platform for commercial solicitation or marketing.
  • Harass, threaten, or misuse information obtained through the Platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Platform systems or user accounts.

Any violation may result in suspension or permanent removal of the user's profile without notice.

7. Communication Between Users

The Platform provides opportunities for matrimonial interaction. Any communication, discussions, meetings, or decisions between users are solely their responsibility.

The Trust shall not be responsible for:

  • Misrepresentation by any user.
  • Failure of matrimonial negotiations.
  • Personal disputes between users or families.
  • Financial, emotional, or legal consequences arising from user interactions.

Users are advised to conduct independent verification before making matrimonial decisions.

8. Profile Modification

Users may be permitted to update or modify certain profile information after approval. However, the Trust reserves the right to restrict modifications where necessary to maintain profile authenticity and integrity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, logos, branding, text, software, and materials on the Platform are the property of Shree Maheshwari Thari Charitable Trust unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis.

The Trust shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Loss of opportunities or relationships.
  • User-generated content.
  • Technical interruptions or system downtime.
  • Decisions made based on information available on the Platform.

Users utilize the Platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.

11. Termination

The Trust reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or community.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
